Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotional launches, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. Standard shipping is $5.99 for orders under $75. Express shipping is available for $12.99. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's site to monitor your package's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 US states and select international destinations. Some items may be restricted from shipping to certain regions due to local regulations or carrier limitations. PO box addresses are accepted for standard shipping only.
